By accessing our website or using InsightsRank services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. The service
We provide software to manage and analyse local and AI search presence. Features may change over time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the platform to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
5. Third-party platforms
Our services interact with third-party platforms such as Google and Apple. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for changes to their policies, data or availability.
6. Fees
Fees are agreed in writing before you start. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and taxes are additional.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
